Michelle is a real estate professional with experience in both southern New Hampshire and Maine. She currently resides in Rollinsford, NH with two daughters. Having lived in the Seacoast all her life, Michelle is well versed with the area including its school districts and small businesses.
After attending the University of New Hampshire, she graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in English focusing on journalism and sociology. This led next to a career as an accomplished office manager for a General Contractor in Portsmouth. After learning the ins and outs of municipal and commercial construction, her interest then turned to residential and investment properties. Michelle has experience in Southern Maine with a General Contractor that both designs and builds spectacular homes along the waterfront.
Michelle effectively guides homebuyers and sellers through the purchase and sale of properties as a Buyer's Agent, Seller's Agent, and Dual Agent. She creates open lines of communication with other agents, mortgage officers, home inspectors, title personnel, and attorneys to deliver the best and most efficient client service possible.
